Dancer, teacher. MA in Pedagogy from Maria Sklodowska-Curie University in Lublin (1998). From 1994 to 2000, dancer in the Contemporary Dance Group of Lublin University of Technology; Director of the group since 2005. Since 1996, Zak has continued her dance education at workshops in Poland and abroad. She has worked extensively with children and dance, developing her own dance and aerobics programs in primary schools, choreographing dance miniatures, and conducting workshops for children and adults. In 2005 she received the City of Lublin Award for her cultural activity and artistic achievements. She is co-organizer of the International Dance Theatre Festival in Lublin.
