WOJCIECH LEDER was born in 1960 in Lodz, where he still lives and works. He graduated from the Faculty of Painting and Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (1979-1985) as well as from philosophy at the University of Lodz (1982-1985) with a diploma in the Study of Xylographic Techniques in Lead. Since 2002 he has been assistant professor in the Study of Composition of the Faculty of Fabric and Clothing of the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz and has been co-organizing the Open Workshop there. 2003 juror in the Bielsko Autumn National Painting Competition.
