Naomi Grabel, Director of Marketing & Creative Services for Carnegie Hall, will lead the main presentation, on developing audiences/buyers—local and tourist—for your performances, exhibitions, classes, artwork, and other cultural experiences, in Harlem and in any other community. This marketing workshop will address four core elements of finding and retaining audiences: • Product Distinction, • Engagement Relationships, • Authenticity, and • Access We will explore each of these essential concepts and translate them into practical steps you can take.
