Micro Loan Programs

The Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone has funded and/or partnered with nonprofit lending organizations that provide access to capital for small businesses in Upper Manhattan seeking less than $50,000. Here are three organizations that have demonstrated an active lending track record in our community:

• East Harlem Business Capital Corporation (EHBCC)
• Washington Heights and Inwood Development Corporation (WHIDC)
